About Care Direct & Support Solutions 

 

Care Direct & Support Solutions came into existence with the coming together of Sussana Sackey and Stephen Sackey. Their extensive years of experience in both the care and management sector were combined in order to create a company assisting vulnerable adults in a community they have lived in for 30+ years.

 

The name 'Care Direct & Support Solutions' came from the passionate nature of both Sussana and Stephen. They sought to provide extraordinary person-centred care, catering to the holistic needs of vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own home.

 

Sussana has a BA (hons) degree in Health and Social Care, Post Graduate Certificate in Dementia, holder of the Registered Managers Award in Health and Social Care, Train the trainer Certificate, Assessor and an Internal Verifier in Health and Social Care. She has had 30 years experience as a carer working with Social Services and other private care agencies attending to the needs of vulnerable adults and also has 14 years experience working as Health and Social Care Training Manager.
